To order online you must register an account with VectorWear.com.
If you don't have an account please register one free

Once you are logged in to your VectorWear account,
Choose the item you want, select the size or color
of the item and click the "Add
to Cart" button
on the item's product detail page. Once you've added
an item to your Shopping Cart, click on the "Continue
Shopping" button
to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains
all of the items you would like to order. You can access
the contents of your Shopping Cart at any
time by clicking the "My Cart" button at the top of
the page.
Once you've added all the stuff you want you then click "CHECKOUT".
In the checkout there are three steps.
- Review your order, add more items or remove items
and press "NEXT".
- Enter your customer, payment information
and shipping address, pick the payment method,
and enter any promotional code, coupon, discount
or gift certificates number. You must accept the
terms and conditions by checking the accept terms
checkbox, Click "NEXT"
- Check totals
and shipping charges then proceed to process payment.
press "SUBMMIT ORDER" and
you are done. You will receive a confirmation
email in a few moments with all the information
on the confirmation page.

HASN'T ARRIVED YET
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, than yes, your order has
been shipped from our warehouse. US orders currently take from 3-5 business days
to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks since several
of our packages get held up in customs. If your international order has not arrived
within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your local post and customs
offices to make sure your package is not being held.

POLICY
If you're not satisfied with your purchase,
please return the item for an exchange or
store credit. Items cannot be
returned or exchanged for a cash refund.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in within
30 days of placing your orders.
We no longer accept returns or exchanges after
the 30 day period. Worn or washed items underwear, swim wear and body jewelry
are not returnable as they cannot be resold, opened DVD's, CD's, VHS, and
books can only be exchanged for the same item. Shipping is non-refundable.
There's a reshipping fee of $4.95 for all returns. Please include your invoice
with the return.

RETURNS
Should you need to return an item to us, we ask
that you read the following instructions to
make your return transaction as smooth as possible:
- Place the item to be returned,
original packaging material and all papers
in the original shipping carton, if possible.
- Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice that
was shipped along with your package and enclose it INSIDE THE CARTON with
your item. Please be sure to include your name, order number, address,
telephone number, email address, Indicate
what you are returning and the reason for the return. Please
let us know if you would like in return whether it be an exchange or
store credit.
If you no longer have your return form you can download it it Here (Right
click and choose: save target as or save lik as). We
can not process your return without your order #. If you do not know
your order # please contact
us . We will need to know your name and address in order to look
up your order.
- Seal the package and attach the return label to the
outside of the carton with glue or cellophane tape.
- When returning merchandise by UPS or USPS, please
insure the package for the value of the merchandise and keep
the receipt until the problem is resolved.

ARE YOUR
T-SHIRTS ORIGINAL AND AUTHENTIC?
Yes, all the designs are 100% original and authentic made by us. The T-shirts are printed by us in our screen-printing workshop.
PRINTING PROCESS
Most of our prints are done using spot color Screen printing to assure longevity
and superior look, The prints are not heat transferred (iron ons). We also have
the ability to do process printing. Process printing is more expensive, and we
have been shying away from it in order to keep lower prices. Spot color printing
uses a separate screen for each color used in the design while process printing
uses 4 screens (CMYK) to create any color in the rainbow.
Screen printed shirts, while providing the highest quality results, is a fairly labor intensive process. Every time you print a new design, you have to set up the screen or screens for the artwork; do a test print; make sure everything is lined up correctly; and make sure you have all of the ink colors that you need. When you're done, you need to clean and put everything away, and go through the same process for the next shirt.
LIMITED EDITION SHIRTS
Some of our shirts are produced on a limited quantity. Once all of them are
sold they'll be out of stock. Its possible that we print a second run in
the future if there's demand for the article.

American Apparel, Fruit of the Loom and Gildan, and on several different models
of shirts. These shirts vary in whole sale cost to us, and the higher-quality

WASHING TIPS
All T-shirts are washable. The prints are not heat
transferred, they are silk screened onto the fabric.
This process insures greater durability than any heat
transferred process.
- Turn the T-shirt inside
out first. Turning the T-shirt inside out will
protect the printed area from rough surfaces
in the machine and other laundry.
- Do not use
washing agents containing any bleach. Use
non-chlorine bleach only if needed.
- When machine
washing, use only cold or warm water and a gentle
cycle.
- Wash
dark colors separately.
- Hand washing is always preferable
to ensure the maximum life span of all printed
T-shirts.
- To dry your T-shirt using a dryer, leave the
T-shirt inside out and dry on a low heat setting.
- Do
not dry clean if decorated.
- Do
not iron decoration.
SHRINKAGE
95%
of all VectorWear T-shirts are preshrunk.
However we are unable to distinguish which
items have or have not been pre-shrunk.
100%
cotton T-shirts may shrink about half a
size when washed.
Ringer shirts seem to shrink about
one full size when washed.

- Search boxes are located on every page of our web site. Type the name or keywords of the product that you are looking for and search.
When you find the product that interests you, click the more options links or the image of the product to see all the information available from that specific product, including the availability of the sizes, a detailed image of the product, etc.
OUT OF STOCK
All items listed are available unless noted that it is out of stock. Please note that unprocessed orders have not been deducted from our stock, and may not be reflected immediately on our web site. To find out the sizes available for of a particular item, please use the Size drop down menu below the image of the T-shirt in the Product Detail page.
If a design you like is out of stock, contact us to request a reprint. We only
reprint designs after they receive a certain amount of requests. Some designs
you have requested may never be reprinted, sign up for the Vectorwear.com newsletter
so you can be notified if and when reprints happen.

Our promotional codes are the following:
- Promotional Code:
Codes that Vectorwear offers to customers for special discounts, special events, etc. Example: VW25X4 or SHIPVW35. These codes are to be entered in the box labeled Promotional Code in the checkout process.
- Gift Certificate:
Codes purchased by customers as gifts. They are also to be entered in the box marked Promotional Code on the checkout page.
- Store Credit Code:
Codes are essentially Gift Codes that are issued as store credit for returned merchandise. They are also to be entered in the box marked Promotional Code on the checkout page.
You may only use ONE Promotional Code per order, so please feel free to choose the one that will benefit you most!
A promotion code can only be used once, by one person, for one order only. Any Promotional Code misuse will result in cancellation of your order.
